We’re Setting Big Goals for 2020.

It’s a fun time around the Supreme Concepts office right now as we put ambitious goals in place for 2020. We’re celebrating the holiday season with team parties and lots of reflecting on what went right in 2019. We achieved so much over the past 12 months, and we plan to keep the momentum going well into next year and beyond. As we prepare for another successful year, we’re keeping the following essential concepts firmly in mind:

Clarity Is Key: The clearer our goals, the better chance we have of reaching them. That’s what we’ve found through the course of our Supreme Concepts growth, so we’re taking this mantra into the new year. We aim to promote three to five team members into leadership roles in 2020. We’ve also set a benchmark of promoting one or two account managers in the coming year.
Keep Moving Forward: We know it takes daily progress to reach bold objectives. With this in mind, we’re committed to keeping positive habits throughout 2020. Writing down all our goals, taking time to meditate, and getting plenty of rest are all daily practices we look forward to maintaining throughout the year. We know we’ll draw closer to our biggest goals if we do these things every day.
